Free physical health checks and support for gaining training and employment are on offer at a wellbeing event in Dudley next month.

The ‘Let’s Talk’ team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust will host the ‘Wellbeing and Information Day’ on Wednesday 7 February, to provide attendees with a host of support and advice to boost their wellbeing.

Alongside a free health check from GPs, the event will also showcase groups and activities in Dudley that are available for people to get involved with to learn new skills and meet people.

The day is also a chance for people to find out more about training and volunteering opportunities and support to gain employment.
