The Single Point of Referral (SPOR) team is an assessment and signposting service, providing a single point of entry and a first level gatekeeping service into mental health services between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.
The SPOR Team provides comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments and formulate a structured discharge plan of care to meet the individual needs for people within the age range of 18-65 years old. The team receives referrals mainly from General Practitioners.
