We are working with a wide range of stakeholders, including City of Wolverhampton Council, health care users and providers, to help shape future proposals for two new Health & Wellbeing Facilities in Wolverhampton.
- Oxley Health & Wellbeing Facility in Wolverhampton
- Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility in Bilston
Both facilities will bring together a number of partners and providers of health, social care, and wellbeing services to integrate and transform primary and community health and social care services.
Involvement from all stakeholders, including the community and patients, is equally welcomed for the next phase.
