We are proud to work alongside our communities to co-design and -deliver mental health, learning disability and autism support, right across the Black Country.
We want our communities to feel deeply understood and cared for by our Best-for-the-Black-Country approach. By working alongside our communities we grow our understanding and deliver person-centred care informed by that understanding.
We are proud to share our partnership work with our communities in a new, regular newsletter.
Our with our communities newsletter shares news, events and opportunities about the work we are doing in partnership with our communities across the Black Country.
The June issue shares stories of success from Sandwell, including profiles on community organsiations Communities In Sync and The William Wilson Turner Foundation. There are also features on Talking Therapies Plus and our anti-racist approach through implementation of The Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework.
We welcome feedback on the newsletter, please contact: kate.pritchard3@nhs.net.
