People who have accessed services provided by Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are being invited to nominate a team or staff member for an award.

The Black Country Awards for Talent and Achievement recognise staff and teams that have gone the extra mile to provide outstanding care at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

Returning this year is our popular ‘Patient’s Choice’ category to give patients, their families and carers the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to the staff they feel have made a real difference to the lives of others and deserve stand-out recognition.

Once nominations close, 5pm on Friday 26 August, the winner will be decided and revealed at an awards ceremony later in the year.

Marsha Foster, Interim Chief Executive Officer at Black Country Healthcare said “Our staff awards programme is a fantastic way for us to celebrate the commitment and dedication of our fantastic colleagues, who go above and beyond on a daily basis.

“We are really excited to include the Patients Choice award and I know staff really appreciate nominations from patients and carers – so if you would like to recognise someone who has made a real difference to you, it would be great if you would nominate them!”

Nominations for staff members and teams can be submitted by completing an online form.
