It's Mental Health Awareness Week from 10 May to 16 May, and the theme we will be focusing on is nature (theme set by Mental Health Foundation).
On Tuesday 11 May, we will be hosting a FREE webinar on Zoom, where you will get the opportunity to connect with others, listen to personal stories and also share your own experiences on how nature has had a positive impact on your mental wellbeing.
During the session, we will be sharing wellbeing tips and what support there is available to people living in the Black Country.
