Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust invites you to its monthly ‘Let’s Talk Afternoon Coffee and Chat’ sessions - free, drop-in events hosted in West Bromwich to support mental wellbeing, social connection, and community engagement.

Held at the West Bromwich Central Library, these inclusive sessions are designed to bring people together for a relaxed afternoon of conversation, games, and information sharing. Whether you're feeling lonely, looking for local support, or simply want a cuppa and a chat, you're warmly welcome.

What to expect at the Let’s Talk Sessions:

At each Let’s Talk Afternoon Coffee and Chat session, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Talk, share, and connect with others in a safe and welcoming space
  • Enjoy fun games, quizzes, and light-hearted activities
  • Discover local support services available in the Black Country
  • Take part in creative and wellbeing-focused activities
  • Relax, chill, and chat over free tea, coffee, and biscuits
