The Community Inclusion Team work across the four boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton to engage with community organisations, clinical teams and the public. They work to tackle health inequalities and stigma around mental health and are a bridge between primary and secondary care services.

The team works with groups across the Black Country, such as underserved communities, homeless people, the LGBTQ+ community, children and young people, people with learning disabilities and autism, older adults and with cultural and religious organisations.
