Reflexions, a preventative and early intervention mental health support within education Settings service, is offering a comprehensive series of FREE summer wellbeing workshops and webinars for children, teens, and parents across the Black Country.
These events are designed to support emotional wellbeing, manage transitions, reduce stress and anxiety, and encourage open conversations around mental health.
Whether you're preparing for exam results, helping your child settle into a new school, or simply looking for creative ways to boost wellbeing, there’s a free session available to support you and your family.
