What do you do?
I’m the Programme Lead for Treating Tobacco Dependence, responsible for implementing tobacco dependence treatment services across both inpatient and community sites.
What is the best aspect of your job?
Developing and implementing new services that make a real difference and seeing the power of collaboration in action.
What do you find challenging, and how do you manage it?
Change can be slow, but I stay focused by celebrating small wins and keeping the bigger vision in mind.
What are you proud of, or what has been your biggest achievement?
Building partnerships that save lives and seeing people empowered to quit smoking.
How do you relax?
Reading books and spending quality time with family.
What is your favourite book/movie/piece of music?
The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren is a powerful reminder to live with intention and clarity of purpose.
Who are your top three fantasy dinner party guests and why?
Nelson Mandela - for his wisdom and leadership; David Oyedepo - for his unwavering faith and vision; and Myles Munroe - for his insight on purpose and potential.
What has been the highlight of your life to date?
Empowering people to live a purpose driven life and maximise their inner potential.

I am a public speaker and an author. In 2018, I published my first motivational book, Changing the Equation.
