Poetry and photography competition

Give the gift of hope

To celebrate the brighter, longer days of spring and summer, we are running a poetry and photography competition on the theme of hope.

The competition has two categories, one for photography and one for poetry, each with a £50 gift card prize for the winner of each category.

What does hope mean to you? How can you bring to life the importance of offering hope through either a photo or poem? Hope is the best gift you can give someone, put your creative heads on and enter a hope themed poem or photo. The competition is open to all (service users, patients, carers, members of the public and staff) and closes on Tuesday 30 April 2024. Good luck!

How to enter:

  • Each individual may enter up to five photographs and/or poems each
  • Please email your entry to kate.pritchard3@nhs.net, along with your full name and preferred contact details
  • If you wish your entry to remain anonymous, please tell us this when you enter
  • The competition closes at midnight on Tuesday 30 April 2024
  • If you have any questions please contact Kate on the email above
