You need to complete the work experience application form before a placement can be arranged. You will also need to have completed a Covid-19 pre-placement self-assessment.

Completed applications should be returned to the Work Experience Department via email to firstname.lastname@example.org who will respond to you as soon as possible.
When applying for a placement, please be clear about the area of our services you would like to experience and ensure that the application form is fully completed and signed appropriately (if you are under 18 this will also need to be signed by a parent/guardian).
